Regarding Airtel customer care fraude

I got a message on 8th-DEC-2016 morning that the special offer only for you and it was mentioned their Rs 246 = 4GB 3G/4G data for 28 days but when i contacted to customer care they told there is no such offer.Even i have mailed on 121@in.airtel.com and the nodal officer karnataka with the screenshot of that message but no result.Afterwards i have complaint on airtel website also but no result.They are cheating with the customer.
