Regarding of reliance jio sim activation, network is not came

i have taken a Reliance jio sim on 26th august but still not activated. i got sms for application submitted but still network is not came. I try to call customer care but nobody receiving my call. call me on 8553361941 .

    Hi sir , I got the sim on 25/8/2016 and until today dated 31/8/2016 my jio sim card isn't activated. I tried calling the customer care number of jio , but there is no response, I request u to activate my sim # 7019760125. Please solve my issue.

    Dear Sir/Ma'am!

    This is to inform you about the harassing and unpleasant experience I faced after purchasing the jiofi2 device as per mentioned bellow:

    1. JioFi2 /Product serial no. 911522600122049/Dt. 19-08-2016 /Time - 14:17:04

    2. Jio SIM/Not activated Mobile No.7011495074

    3. I have submitted my ADHAR card colour copy as local address proof and ID proof along with my one photo.

    4. I was told to activate the service over the attached SIM within 4 days but it didn't happen.

    5.On 23rd august I tried to contact approximately 40-50 times over the digital store phone numbers 01204314391,92,93 and also your toll free numbers 1800889999 but no one picked the call.

    6. Then finally I personally went to store same evening and again jio people coldly responded and promised to solve the issue within a day or two.

    But now this is too much ...so kindly do solve my problem ASAP.

    I bought JIO Sim from Reliance Digital on August 27th but till today Sim is not activated. When I tried to insert the same no network is getting. I checked the Reliance Digital but they are saying they already sent the application. This is very frustrating that some people sim is getting activated within 1 or 2 days but for me even after 15 days it is not activated.

    Request you to do the needful in urgent basis and activate the Sim at the earliest. Eagerly waiting for your response.

    I filled the CAF Jio sim card on 5th of September and I got the sim card on 13th of September till today 29/09/2016 it's not activated.

    I had taken Jio sim in Bangalore, Karnataka on 12 Oct 2016 and the No is 7892175485. After Adhar and fingerprint process I got message from Jio that Order no is NO00000LPGF2. But I have not got any further confirmation or verification. And my sim not yet activated. For sign up Jio is sending OTP on the Jio sim 7892175485
    But that OTP is not coming in the mobile. So sign up also not possible. When calling it shows NOT REGISTERED ON THE NETWORK. Pl help to activate the sim.
