CONSUMER COMPLAINT AGAINST LE ECO 2 MANUFACTURED BY LEMALL.COM, SERVICE CENTER ISSUE

On 5th october 2016, I Purchased Mobile Handset (Le Max 2 Manufactured by LeMall.com) of worth Rs. 18,000/- from Filpkart.com, which came with one year warranty by manufacturer but after a week I start face problem with that it was not working properly and fingerprint sensor was not working.
I took service center address on their website, Named “Pramanik Mobile Service zone”, They asked me you have to deposit the handset it will take 7-10 days & deposited my handset on 12th Nov 2016, attached the job Sheet/Card.

After 10 Days, when I contact to service center they told me, it will take more time, we sent it to Company, whenever I called them they asked me it will come soon. Cause of their excuses I frustrated & harassed a lot.

I even contacted to their helpline no 180030101838 & discussed the wholematter they told me that your service request is under process, we will contact you soon once it done, but no one contacts and no other information given, I even sent them numerours mail and phone calls but always the same standard reply that it will take more time and its in progress.

Its already been more than a month. Please help me getting my deivce back.

Cause of their faulty Product I have Physically & Mentally harassed by LeMall

Kindly Requested to you take strict action against the Company, Who Selling faulty Products with false promise (Flipkart.com), Manufacturer Company of Mobile (LeMall)
& help me to Provide Compensation of Physically & Mentally harassment, Refund Back of my Money.
