My micromax mobile phone is in repair since last 5 months due to network issue. I had submitted the phone to magnet irla branch(work order number 12280) . Every 25 days they call me that the phone is ready. But when I go to collect it still had the same issue. I have submitted the phone 5 times in the last 5 months but still no response from the company and they said that the phone would be replaced but no information from them till date. I want to log a complaint against the company in consumer court. My contact number is 8828284766.
