LENOVO P780 REPAIRED 4 TIMES

Dear Sir,


I purchase Lenovo P780 mobile on 23rd september 2013, since then it has been repaired 4 times but there technical team fail to resolve the issue and kept me running up and down for its repair throughout the year. I requested them to replace phone several times but they did not listen.


Same model phone was replaced by them to 1 of my friend with 3 repairs, Its injustice with me so i need help to get compensation or replacement of that phone.


please help me how it can be done
