HI Team,

I have purchased new mobile Samsung Guru. After 4 days I was not able to listen voice on phone. So I have given mobile in Samsung service center on 30th July 2015 ,I was taking follow up but there was no response. Also executives are not sure about when part will arrive. Only the problem was with mike. How long it will take to replace faulty mike. Today they have handed over mobile without repairing to me. I am not getting proper response for service. I have called on customer service care number they didn't pick my call for one day also Contact Number #02069996060

Please treat this as urgent.
