I am Kunal, I had purchased a micromax  canvas knight(A350) IMEI:911357701466320 Mobile phone for my brother on 17/11/2014. The phone got a problem with the power switch & it was not working for a month from starting of September, since it was under 1 Year warranty, we submitted the phone to Micromax service centre at Borivali-W branch on 07/10/2015. They said it will take 1-2 weeks to repair the switch. But now, 3 months are left but ther'e telling us the phone is in transport, got the strip but have to attach & check, etc. They don't even tell us their name when call to the service centre. Today my we visited the service centre & they are telling us that they don't know where is the phone!!


Please Do the needfull. I am attaching the images of tax invoice & service centre receipt.
