Mobile purchase 2 karbonn handsets not working properly

I have purchase 2 karbonn handsets (as per attached invoice file). But 1 handsets is not working properly. Then I submitted in authorized service center Jijai mobile care on dated 01.09.2015 (as per attached receipts file). But till now date my handset is not repair properly. Twice time my handset came from Karbonn company but that twice time there body was damage. And till time I don’t get any positive reply by Karbonn company & authorize service center Jijai mobile care. Because 4 month is enough time.  I received an email on date 10.12.2015 time 03.16 PM by Karbonn mobile company that your handset is ready to handover in our service center Jijai mobile care you can visit for collect your handset. But I received another email date 12.12.2015 time 05.15 pm by Jijai mobile care that I have already in follow-up with concern person, please wait until I will get proper reply from them. I will inform you regarding same ASAP. As per both mail of Karbonn company & jijai mobile care somthing wrong.
