Very Worst service my motorola ,Service Ceanter here are to cheat the peoples.
Would like to appeal all customers not to ever go for moto G Devices as Worst service is provided by their Service Centers & Unnecessary giving trouble & hedachec to customers .
Looking at my concern i brought the Moto G device in June 2016 , within 4 months my device was suddenly dead , though i agree that this is electronics & such problem may occuur . But only thing I am expecting is that the service from Company .
Multiple times I Am following up with Service Center & customer Care . But the response was quiet irregular .They told me that there is some issue with my motherboard . As per policy the concern hardware should be replaced .Tried reaching service center but their arrogant response is that talk to customer Care (toll free), saying that we are just employees here & not responsible to get you device in specified time line .Every time when we reach customer support they convey us that will get this issue resolved in next 48 hours . i am getting this 48 hours response from past 3 weeks and yet the 48 hrs are not completed .Also no one is bothered to give in Writing nither customer Care or Service Center .
Would appreaciate if some one could help me in this .
