Online Purchase Nexus 6 from Flipkart.com issue with authorized service center

I had purchased Nexus 6 in January 2016. I somehow stopped working recently. It is still under 12 months manufacture warranty. On taking it to the authorized service center in Mumbai, I came to know that the IMEI No. on the phone ie 355470062888611 is different from one on the invoice i.e 355470062866849. The authorized service center also said that the warranty got over on 30th September. How is it possible when I have purchased it in January 2016? there is a possibility that Flipkart has provided me a used or a refurbished phone. Hence I have faced the issue. Flipkart is not giving me proper solution and not responding to my mails. This is both legally and ethically incorrect. Flipkart should provide me the correct invoice and repair or replace my phone because the fault is from their end and I am suffering.
