i purchased Xperia C4 Mobile on 29/08/2016 from Hari om Shop,Borivali West Mumbai ,and within month mobiles shows lots of problem like below.
1) white Spot in display-for that i submitted my handset in Sony Service Center ,Borivali on 03/10/2016 and they changed touch pad and display ,handed over me on 04/10/2016 and i took delivery around 6.55 pm on 4/10/2016 and when i reached home and inserted sim card there is no signal for network in both slot then again i submitted my mobile on 05/10/2016 in service center.
when i submitted 2nd time handset in service center on 05/10/2016 i asked him what is the problem then adviser told me ,now we want to check the problem and if major problem detect 5-6 days required for repairing,and that time i strictly told him if there is major problem detect which is related to hardware then i dont want this faulty Xperia C4 handset ,and same inform me but second day i called on 06/10/2016 for status they told me there is problem in Motherboard and 5-6 days required ,that time i told him i dont want this handset and please inform to the head office ,but they dint inform him and after 2 hours i received msg from sony,your handset is ready for delivery please collect and that time i asked to the service Center why should you repaired the mobile and why you didnot inform to sony for replacement,then they dont have answer after this i continousaly mailed to Head office but no revert received from him.
And sony sugested me one option that is called PAID UPGRADETION ,under this customer want select latest model of handset & therefor i select SONY XPERIA XA ULTRA DUAL BLACK (MRP.29,990/-) and my Mobile Price is ( 22,990/-Current Sony official Price) ,and under this scheme service center told me you want to pay difference amount of Rs,7000/-( i agree to pay)approx verbal and after that they called me and told me they didnot give me SONY XPERIA XA ULTRA DUAL BLACK but they offer me SONY XPPERIA XA ,this XA model less futures compare to my existing XPERIA C4,and as per company suggestion i select XA ULTRA DUAL BLACK because this handset is same features as per my Existing Faulty XPERIA C4,but they didnot give me XA ULTRA DUAL ,then you told me why should i take XPERIA XA which is less features .and from 3/10/2016 to 24/10/2016 i dont have any smart phone to use my daily routine work ,and on Thursday when i called in service center Borivali they told me we received verbal Approval for XPERIA XA ULTRA DUAL BLACK & please wait 3 days for email email authorized approval,and when i didnot received called then i again called to Mr.Pradeep Chopra ( Manger of Andheri Regional Office Sony),they told me i called you at evening but i didnot received call then on 22/10/2016 i called to area manger of sony Mr.Kedar Bagwe he told me your approval rejected by management ,then we didnot give you XA ULTRA DUAL BLACK .
i really dont know what is this?
why sould i take my Faulty Xperia C4 Or SONY XA which is very less features.
please i request you that please contact him and please ask him why they irritate to the customer by giving wrong confirmation and commitment .
