Receive compensation for breach of contract (Very Poor milage)

On 17-05-2015 I purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership (Hyundai Elantra Fluidic-1.8 VTVT SX (Petrol) and DL3CCC7181). Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because poor mileage. I want purchased Hyundai Elantra in Diesel model but as per your assurance that you should purchase in Petrol model and told me that car mileage would be 12 km/ltrs approx in petrol model at the time of purchasing, but right now I am finding car mileage is only 5-6 km/ltrs only. Your mechanic inspected my vehicle 2-3 times and agreed to fix the problem under warranty, however, when I collected the vehicle and started using it again, the problem was still there.
The above faults indicate that you failed to do so, and I am therefore legally entitled to receive compensation from you for breach of contract. I look forward to receiving your cheque within the next 14 days.
Should you fail to reimburse me, I shall have no alternative but to issue a claim against you in the county court for recovery of the money without further reference to you.
