Non Registration of New Skoda Rapid by Dealer Moti Nagar New Delhi

I Purchased Skoda Rapid 1.5 TDI Ambition diesel model on 10th March 2016 in my wife's name (on SBI car loan) from fahreinheit automobile pvt ltd moti nagar new delhi after the completion of all the formalities. More than Four months have passed by but the dealer has not filled the papers with transport authorities for registration of my car till date. As per the transport authority rules and regulations dealer has to register the vehicle with transport authority within a month of purchase of vehicle. I have contacted them N number of times through email, sms and phone calls. But they are so insensitive that till date they have still not filled papers for the registration. My vehicle is lying ideal since 10th march 2016 as I could not use it.
I want dealer to immediately file the papers in authorities and deliver the documents including RC to my residential address within three days.
Dealer should also compensate me the following:
1. Vehicle ideal compensation at the rate Rs. 5000 per day starting from the 10th march 2016 till date I receive all the documents.
2. Since I cannot use my vehicle due to ignorance/insensitivity of the dealer and the mental agony, embarasement, harassment, and inconvenience suffered by me dealer should compensate me by paying an interest @20% per day on the onraod value of the car that is Rs.1166000/- starting from the 10th march 2016 till date I receive all the documents.
