I have paid online subscription for 1 year for Deccan Herald in the month of October 2019. For the past 15 days I have not been getting the paper despite regular follow up.The local vendor says he has no spare copies. The local agent who canvassed the annual subscription doesn't respond to my messages or calls. In case the company is incapable of supplying the paper daily let them refund the balance amount else let them ensure regular supply.
