Non Delivery of Swift Dezire Car-Payment done

Dear Sir/Madam
I am Rubia Motwani W/O Deepak Kumar, I would like to bring your notice, that My husband (Deepak Kumar) book a Swift Dezire for taxi purpose on dated 17-Jan-2016 (Booking Amount –Rs 5000/- Booking No- sob: 15005890) from Krish Auto Motors Pvt. Ltd SSG Majesty Mall, Plot No. 2, Road, No. 43, Guru Harikishan Marg, Pitampura, New Delhi- 110034, Phone:011 4077 7444
After that I got information from SBI Bank For my car loan approved on dated 28-March-2016 and the banker said to my husband can we transfer the amount to Car Company but my husband said first of all I am confirm with Car Company my car is ready or not then my husband calling to Mr. Gaurav (Sales Executive-Car Company)Mob No-7290014129 as per discussion with him he said Kindly transfer the amount and we will give to car on dated 1-april-2016, During this discussion my husband said If I am transfer the money today my Loan EMI start and the First EMI date 22-April-2016 but the sales executive said we will provide the car on date 1-april-2016.
Therefore My husband Keep on chasing them for the delivery of vehicle and I am already said above CAR EMI start 22-MARCH-16.
We have no other income of source for the Pay EMI of Rs10907.00 because we have belong very poor family and last 5 to 10 days my husband very fed-up and last night I am feared because my husband sleep talking and said (Agar meri car nahi ayegi to kisht kaha se bharunga) and I am warning to you if any incident happened with my husband I will take an legal against you so Kindly look in to the matter and take any healthy action.
