Defective car has been sold

I have purchased Maruti Swift Dezire VXI car from TR Sawhany Motors Delhi on 02.10.14. After using the car, I have observed that car sold to me have defected clutch plate. I told that to dealer and TR Sawhany executive called me to know about the defect and asked to bring my car at their workshop which is around 30 to 40 Km away from my home. I have brought my car there but in the first instance they have not removed the defect. I have again called them, then, they again asked to bring car to showroom. Again I brought car at their showroom but defect was not removed . Then due to the lack of time, I think that I will get it resolve at the time of paid service. Then I brought my car to their Badli showroom on 18/12/2015 for service. Service was done vide job card no JC15014993 under the supervision of SA (M) Mr. Chiranjee Lal, cost of this service was Rs. 7917/- . But in the service also in-spite of removing the defect they have disordered the setting of car's clutch plate and now it is working like a truck clutch .

Then finally I have visited my home town ( Muzaffarnagar), where I was advised by one of my relative that I should bring my car to Radha Govind showroom in Muzaffarnagar. I have brought my car there on 24.01.16.After checking it was found that clutch plate was damaged and whole set of clutch plate was replaced there and now clutch is working smoothly. Same can be verified from the records of Maruti.

It is clear from the whole episode that car sold to me was defected one, I request Maruti, please compensate me for the mental harassment caused to me due to this defected car and also financial loss suffered by me on account of this defected car by replacing this car with new one from some other Maruti dealer in Delhi.

However, inspite of my repeated mails no response from Maruti.

Now I want exchange of this car with new car from any other dealer in Delhi
