DEFECTIVE VEHICLE DELIVERRED BY MAHINDRA DEALER, Mahindra Scorpio S6+

That on 29.03.2015, I have purchased one Mahindra Scorpio S6+ bearing its registration No. DL10CT 1731, from your showroom i.e. Sri Durga Automobiles, for a total sale consideration of Rs. 12,10,000/- plus other accessories cost.That after purchasing the said vehicle I have found several defects in the above mentioned vehicle from the very first day, which are as under:-
(a) Rusting problem is various parts of the vehicle
(b) Abnormal noise in the engine compartment
(c) Steering wheel is making some abnormal noise.
(d) Left side pulling of Scorpio while applying brakes.
(e) Left side rear door power window is having some problemThat the said car had to be sent back to the service centre within a fortnight of its delivery, when the vehicle had clocked less than 500 Kms, as it developed rusting on the main chasis, engine malfunction, electrical failures, abnormal voice in cabin and brakes malfunction errors. To the utter disgust to myself, the said vehicle had problems with the gap between trims inside the doors. Is it the quality that your company vouches for and is recognized globally.It is pertinent to state that the said vehicle is having the rusting problem since the date of delivery and number of times ,I have raised this issue of rusting on several body parts of the vehicle like Main Chasis, Bonnet ,Doors, etc and the workshop has also admitted the same and done the rectification job like replacement of the body parts ,etc of the same.However the said problems persisted to the utter dismay of myself and within two weeks the car had more engine malfuctioning and there was excessive smoke & abnormal voice coming out of the vehicle. The vehicle was giving horrendous mileage of 7km/litre.Moreover after fixing initial problems I was assured from your part that this has never happened before in a new vehicle and promised that the said vehicle is road worthy and won’t trouble me in the future. However, to the utter shock and surprise in July, 2015, when the vehicle had clocked just 4000 Kms appx, the said vehicle developed low pick-up & engine malfunctioning problems again, whereby there was a liquid spill underneath the car even when the car came to a standstill position
