Reg: Persistent Delay of 4 Months in Delivery of Car by Bagga Link:Suspected Black Marketing by the Dealer of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.
Sir,
I have booked Maruti Suzuki car model Baleno Delta(P) at Bagga Link Motors on 06-01-2016 only after being assured that the car would be delivered well within 6-8 weeks.

After 6 weeks , I was apprised that the car would be delivered next week.
Again after 8 weeks , I enquired, their office told me that the delivery of the car is scheduled for 28th Feb.
On 1st Mar, I visited their office surprisingly again being told that the delivery would be after 10th Mar, 2016.
Again the same thing during the month of March and April, 2016.
Now as on 27th of April ,2016, I have already made the entire payment of Rs 6,45,699(11,000/-Booking Amount plus 6,34,699/-Draft dated 27-04-2016) towards the price of the car as quoted by the dealer after being assured telephonically that the car is ready for delivery on 29th April, 2016.
Now, as on 10th May, 2016 even after numerous e-mails/telephonic conversations the dealer has done nothing to advise me the exact date of delivery of the car and merely postponing the matter for reason best known to him and dealer is refusing to deliver the car to me.
From the above it seems to be a case of suspected black marketing practices by Bagga Link Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. dealer.
For 4 months, I have waited patiently but it seems the dealer has some kind of nexus with the black marketers through which they are selling the cars through some other channel by asking some extra money/commission from the black marketers.
At this point, I request the competent authorities to do the needful at their end as the dealer is ignoring the e-mails sent by me on daily basis without any replies.
