In April - 2015 , We had booked flat in Brook View Building in Dasve Town at Lavasa . Our booking details are as mentioned below .

We had booked the flat with payment of Rs 9,58,984 in Apr/June -2015 ( Receipts attached ) with a commitment of flat possession in May -17 and we were waiting for work to start and awaiting communication for further payments.
But since last one and half years there was no communication / phone call from Lavasa team on progress of my flat .
I contacted the sales person / Lavasa team time and again and i was told the work will start soon but it didn't happen.
On 4t Dec,2016 , we visited the site and noticed my flat building work has still not started and all construction work in Lavasa is on hold.
We were deeply hurt with the situation there and we are sure my flat will not be ready by May-17.
Since Lavasa will not be able to give me the possession of my flat in May-17 , requested Lavas to refund my paid amount Rs 9,58,984 without any cancellation charges , as Lavasa could not honor their commitment of May-17 Possession.
We seek your support in getting our Refund of Rs 9,58,984 and help.
