Hi team, I have purchased a flat (Flat no 101, Building no 2, Iris at Enkay Garden, Taloja, Panvel, Maharashtra) from N K Bhupeshbabu of M/s EnKay Garden, Construction and had a agreement on 20 May 2013. They builder informed that the said flat will be constructed and handed over within 2 yrs. However, its more than three years now, and the builder is not entertaining my calls and not completing the construction. It is also notice that i have taken the Home Loan of Rs 17.3Lacks from SBI Vashi Branch and paying EMI without delay.

Request you to assist in assigning the said property or flat to me as soon as possible.
