Builder name Mohan patel and his son Jatin patel sell me a flat saying that you will get 1025 builtup area and 30 % load.But in registeration paper they mention only 656 carpet area.I given some token amount to him but when i go for the loan.I have meet one person who have good knowledge whatever false thing happening in deveoper.Then I asked him please dont cheat me charge me real area but he is so much powerful and well planned to fool me.I was really fool by him.I have some point against him but i dont got any support from any one to fight against them.I need help from coroperation to teach him a lession so that every builder in kalyan should afriad while doing false thing again customer....Please help me out.I need justice from coroperation against this builder..Jai hind
