Flat Selling Fraud - Gracia Kharadi, Pune

Need your attention regarding Gracia Project Fraud (Builder- AG Constructions, Owner- Abhijeet Gaikwad, Location- Kharadi, Pune). The builder's sales person has sold me the flat No- B-806, that was already sold to some body else. And now the builder is give the money back saying i am not accountable for the action of my representative. I have made payment of Rs 1500000 (Rs Fifteen Lacs) as initial payment for booking amount of the flat. There are almost 15 families and total amount of Fraud is 2.3 Crore.
