Complaint Delay in Possession by Lodha Group Palava, Dombivili, Maharashtra

I had booked my flat with M/s Lodha in 2010 and was supposed to get possession in 2012 /2013.
1) They have delayed possession but are giving vague reasons like market conditions for the delay. They say there is no compensation for the delay as well. I wish for compensation for the delay in possession as they have deprived me on two counts - (1) Additional income from renting out the property and (2) tax benefits for the emi's i am paying on the property
2) Initially i had got 85% loan from HDFC but there was a change in Home Loan regulation saying that you cant take more than 80% loan. Due to the change in regulation they charged me for the delay @18% pa without any fault of mine. Incase I decide to opt out of this property, M/s. Lodha should be liable to pay me @18% pa and not less and they are not reverting on the same
