Worst internet connection and now they are not refunding my deposit for the modem

Hi Team,

I have been using the Nextra connection for more than a year but the problem started in november 2018 my connection ID is 2108297, every 10 days I lose the internet connectivity and face the insternet speed issue, after keep calling them and keep mailing them but no one resolved any issue, its like the issue gets fixed after some time and they dont even bother to foloowup on the issue, the issue got worse in January and february I have dropped them like 100 mails about my issue, they keep saying that some one will visit your house for the permanent resolution but forget about the visit i didnt even get a call from technical person nor from the company, i had to call them twice or thrice a day to keep reminding them that my internet is not working but CC has no idea what is going on they didnt even know if any one is looking into it or not, its was the worst cc they dont have any detail to provide about the issue.

in the month of march the issue gets worst, and it stopped working, i got the recharge for 590 rs on 9 march and it completely stopped working after waiting for a week i asked them to disconnect this connection on 13 March and i asked them refund my money as your internet is not working but they simply refused.
then i asked them to take their modem back and return my security money for the modem but no response i had to keep reminding them that take your modem back and return my depossit but no action was taken then finally after 1 and half month some one collected the modem on 9th may on the same day i called them that i have returned the modem and I sent them the receipt of the modem as well that i returned it and asked them to return my security money they said you will get you money in 15 days, but when yesterday i called them again about my money they simply said we dont have any such request, i told them that i have called you i even dropped a mail too with the receipt of the modem that it was collected but the CC denied and said you have to wait again for 90 days for your money, its a mental torcher to simply get my security money return, it was a torcher to get the simple internet running for which i am already paying in advance. please see the attached mail conversation you will see what i had to go through and how irresposible they are. please take some strict actions against them and get me my money.
