Internet speed, Internet connection is of 50Mbps as promised by Nextra

My Internet connection is of 50Mbps as promised by Nextra but instead it is always below 20Mbps and sometimes only 2Mbps. It never touched 50Mbps.

Many times complaint to them but they always closed the complaint without my consent.
