I opted for Nextra as my ISP in January 2017. The internet worked fine for a few days but it used to stopped working every few days. I had to call their customer care service every week for getting the connection restarted. I was using Nfinity 20 plan.
Then they introduced more plans and I asked them to change my plan. In response to this, the guy, named Rihan, who was a third-party contractor who worked on behalf of Nextra in my area, contacted me and told me that I'll need to get a new connection if I wanted to change my plan. I didn't go ahead with it then but after 2 months I thought of going ahead with it since there was no point spending a lot of money on poor service. Unfortunately, I don't have a good ISP in my area except Airtel. So, I stuck with Nextra and thought that things might get better soon.
Within 15days of getting this new connection, the internet stopped working and every time I call the customer care executive, he/she tells me that it'll take 15days to fix the issue since they are changing the wires in my area. It's been more than 2months now and nothing has been done regarding this issue.
I even asked them to discontinue my account and refund my money back, they refused stating that they can only extent the service and not refund my money.
They have stolen almost 5000rs. from me including the tariff charges and security deposit.
Apart from the money stolen, I have been cheated by this company.
