I am using services of initia broadband, a subsidiary of nextra pvt lmtd,for last 3 months.I have been facing this high ping problem during this whole month after they upgraded their network.During peak hours i.e. 5 pm till 12 pm their ping to server will reach around 150 ms as per speedtest.com results.I mostly use internet for online gaming and its totally impossible for me to play any online game with this much high ping.I have also contacted their customer support regarding this but i haven't been provided with any satisfactory solution and my last complaint was being marked as resolved without even contacting me.Apart from this issue, they also low down the download and upload speed below 512 kbps which is not allowed as per TRAI broadband definition.According to me i think they have been giving too much connection per node due to which this problem is occurring so when everyone is using internet we get a slow response time(latency) from server for packets. I am attaching snapshot of my speed test result to confirm whatever i said and time in my pc is not adjusted properly so AM is actually PM and PM is AM.So when you see 7:00 am its actually 7:00 pm.
