Dear sir/ma'am
I'm writing you in Regarding to the inconvenience and delay in refund of installation charges made by Airtel fixed line and broadband company.
I applied for connecting 5/03/2016. And for some reason the Airtel connection was not given out. And the Reason they gave out was that they are having problem in giving out new connection in that area. But than they asked me to write them a email to cancel the connection and the refund of Rs 1000 will be sended out to you.

So I did wrote to them to cancel my account and refund my installation charges on 19/04/2016
Since then i wrote to them 5-6 times had conversation over phone with customer care team, and they keep assuring that the money will be transferred soon. But money has not been refunded.
It's been over 3months the company has been making excuses in delay in refund.

I know it's not a big amount but it feels more like wrong doing by the company and they should compensate for a long hassle given by them.
