I called Idea customer care week to know about 3G internet packs. I was informed that 1GB pack is offered to me for Rs 150 instead of normal rate of Rs 250 for 3 bill cycles. I asked the representative to activate it. He tried and then said that due to some technical problem its not getting activated and I should try again. I have been trying to get the pack activated by calling their customer care multiple times but again and again nobody is activating it and asking me to wait for 24-48 hrs every time I am calling. I emailed them also and they promised to revert back within 48hrs on 6th June but still no reply.
