YU Yureka Phone issues in Camera,Mic/outgoing voice, Network catch and Screen Touch

Need assistance in getting my YU Yureka phone replaced. I submitted the phone to YU Care on 22-Apr-16 (21 days back) for issues in Camera clarity, Mic/outgoing voice, Network catch and ScreenTouch via jobsheet:"N031598-0416-23025291" and Case 2441126.

The phone is under warranty. This is not the first time issue in this defected piece. Earlier also, I faced issues like Battery Drainage issue, handsfree issue, charger issue. YU claimed that if I receive any further issue in this phone, they will replace my phone.

But now while I am facing 4 issues at a time, they are not ready to replace it and not giving the acknowledgement.

I need your assistance in getting this defected piece replaced. Please do the needful.
