Deduct Balance for internet while my data pack is available

Internet Complaint Complaint Date: March 29, 2016
I recharged my Reliance mobile (9015661643) by Rs=9 (100 MB 3G data for 1 day), I used that and finally I found that my Rs=65 was deducted while my 1.5 MB data is remaining.
I called to customer Care then 1 employee told you must maintain minimum 3 MB data other wise balance will deduct. And Supervisor tolled to maintain minimum 5 MB data.
But never I get any message like that.
So Please refund my money.
