GTPL Connection shifting not completed within prescribed timeline of 7 working days

I am a customer of GTPL Hathway Limited, Ahmedabad. I raised a request for shifting my broadband/cable connection to a new location on 16 January 2026. As per GTPL’s own service guidelines, connection shifting is supposed to be completed within 7 working days.
However, even after more than the committed timeline, my connection has still not been shifted. There has been no resolution from the service provider till date.
I have been calling GTPL customer support daily, and every time I am informed that the request status is “in progress”, without any clear timeline or action. No technician visit has been scheduled, and no proper response or escalation has been provided.
Due to this delay, I am facing continuous inconvenience and disruption of essential services. This clearly amounts to deficiency in service and negligence on the part of GTPL Hathway Limited.
