Internet Complaint Complaint Date: September 17, 2022
I have raised a complaint on 12th September 2022 regarding internet was not working. After 2 days i didn't get any any response from them than i called to customer care and update the same their executive told me that you will get resolved with 3 working days.
Also i have mailed to customer care, appellate authority, nodal officers but they don't have time to revert.
Till now i didn't get resolved it.
Customer care is telling me you will resolve in next 3 days.
