I have been using GTPL since 3rd April 2020. I subscribed to the 40M plan. While using the broadband connection, my router had some technical issues and a GTPL technician came at my home and took the CPE and said you will require providing your own as mine is not working anymore and company gives warranty only for 6 months. Recently, on 2nd October 2021, I upgraded my plan to 80M Fiber connection for which a new router is supposed to be provided from the company. Today, on 08/10/2021, an Engineer named Vipul visited my home with his colleague for splicing and connecting the ONU, they demanded the previous router which is already collected by their colleague previously. They told me there is no update on your previous device and we cannot connect untill you return the previous router. I dont understand if its my fault if their own employee hasn't submitted the router to them back. I am already receiving less speeds for the plans for whom I have paid full in advance. My integrity is questioned here. I borrowed a Binatone router that my friend was using at his place previously to replace my faulty router. The Engineer recommended me to hand over the Binatone router as it belongs to GTPL. However, this Binatone router belongs to my friend and he did purchase it himself. I AM EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED, AND AT THE SAME TIME DISAPPOINTED WITH GTPL FOR THEIR POOR MANAGEMENT HERE. MY INTEGRITY IS QUESTIONED HERE, JUST BECAUSE YOU PEOPLE SIT IN YOUR OFFICE AND DON'T MANAGE THINGS PROPERLY. SHAME ON YOU......
