More than 72 hours gtpl broadband service is off and no properly answer given by gtpl customer care

Every 24 hours i was calling gtpl customer care service number, same answer given by them "your complain is given further for technical issues but now it's 72 hours and more time but problem not solved.also i was contacted by whatsapp but not giving me proper response and answer.
