Refund is not given by GTPL

I was bought internet plan from GTPL for 1 year at november 2021 and I was put request on 26 jan for connection shifting but at my new address GTPL service not available so company said we can give refund as per our company policy so I said to company that no worries I do not want to refund, plz shift my connection at my new address but denied for shifting and also for refund
