GTPL BROADBAND net not working since one month

I was so many complaint against GTPL BROADBAND continues one month ..but not answering..every date internet not working 11pm to next day 7am ... I'm mentally disturbed..they not responding.. already take advance payment of full years ..how i take justice.. please please help ..
