The Internet down for the last 1 week, and I need an extension of 1 week in my plan, I faced many times still internet services are still not proper and no engineer visited at least to attend to the issue. I need a 1-week extension in my plan. I paid for 390 Days not for 1 week less or 2 week's payment I need a total of 390 days of service on the internet.
