Hi Team
I have made 3 Months Payment to ION broadband on 29 Jan 2022, and Internet services were not activated (as Kalyan area was handed over to new company call Trunet Broadband).
Now for last 15 days I'm requesting for refund in ION as they never provided me service for this period, but they are not responding on email and customer care is always asking to write a email.
Kindly help me in getting my money back for which internet services were never provided
