7 star digital ISP internet issue

From last 3 months in my area internet connectivity is poor. 7 star digital internet services distributed by (Local) Raj Network in our area. They are not resolving issue after complaining so many times. Internet speed is less than 1 mbps. Facing difficulties in my daily work. There is no customer care number available to call 7 star digital.
