I am subscriber of MTNL Phone and Broadband service, My Land line number is : 011-25363578 and my consumer number is : 2053377881. Complaint : 927 logged on 12th march. The problem of “No dial tone” is since Friday 11th march 2016.

I have called every day to get the issue fixed. However there is no response. I called on 011-23322622 . Spoke to the lady twice and she was very rude on the call. I have the call recorded . Please let me know if you need for feedback. I never had this bad service with any company dealt with.

After speaking to the lady I felt like it is sin paying for your service. I have not been able to use phone and internet for last 6 days, As a result my bill payment bounced and I had to pay Rs.800/- as surcharge.(I know, it is not you problem still sharing). I want the service to be started soon and get relief of mental harassment. For every little work I am Dependent on Either cyber café or, office internet. I hope this issue is resolved at your level and my hard earned money is valued.
