I have been facing this consistent problem of high ping during peak hours i.e. 5 pm to 12 pm daily.I have checked results on speedtest.com .I will also attach snapshot of the same below.I already contact support team of nextra and they have no solution regarding this problem.And my last complaint to them was resolved by them without even contacting me.Currently i am trying to call them but customer care is not picking the phone someone is hanging it up.Apart from all this i also have issue regarding the speed, they say post data usage limit speed will drop to 512 kbps, but i have results on me that show speed drop till 0.2 kbps, and this is against the definition of broadband as per TRAI, minimum bandwidth for any broadband connection is 512 kbps no ISP should break this limit.I am totally frustrated with this ISP services. I come home at 8 after work and it is impossible for me to play any online game due to this lag issue.Also this has started happening only last month after they updated their network.My thought is that, may be they have provided too many connection per node because of which during peak hours this latency occurs.
