I am a user of internet broadband service offered by Excitel Company. I have purchased their unlimited plan in which they offer 70 mbps speed. This company charge monthly for their plan on prepaid basis. They claim to provide high speed, no fup, no buffering.
But it is not real. I frequently suffer & face the problem with their connectivity and speed issue. I frequently lodge a complaint with their customer care but the problem does not resolve. They always make fake comments that problem has been resolved. They are not serious to provide good service & resolve the problem. Their motto is to make money only.
My recent complaint number is 197006 with M/s Excitel Broadband.
