Denboom Band Internet connection misguided by Sales team

I am using Denboom Band Internet connection (Wi-Fi) for last one month. At the time of providing connection, the sales boy told me that we have 2 plans where your modem and installation cost will be free
1. 748 rental (including service tax)- if I take connection by making 2 months payments by one go, then modem will be free and no installation charges will be taken
2. 863 (including service tax) – if I take connection by making 863 payment and installation and modem changes will be free
At that time I did not have Rs. 1500 but I wanted to take 748 plan. So, the sales boy advised me that you can take now 863 plan now and from next month you can recharge in 748 plan.
As today my plan is getting expire, and when I am going to recharge for 748 plan and surprised that this plan is not in my list. I called to customer care and even nodal officer they said that you are not eligible for this plan as you did not take it initially. But when I asked why I was misguided they said we cannot do anything now. They are not listening to me and even registering my complain against the sales boy
I am really frustrated now. My nearby friend is using this plan but I am not eligible. And now I’m ready to make 2 installments in one go but they are not able to help me.
Request your help in getting my problem solved.
