Internet connection complaint to Nextra Brodband for very disturbing network

I got registered myself with nextra broadband and then installed internet at my house. it was very disturbing as the net was being disconnected after every 5 mins. so any transactions were going on, it would stop and canceled. many more problems were there. then after 5 minutes, the net would get activated for only 10 mins. I complained to nextra every day but they didn't bother me. I had given a security deposit of Rs 2800 and another rs 472 for Shift my connection. it was very frustrating that the customer care was also very rude and they Not even help me. i felt i was cheated so badly.
