Internet Complaint Complaint Date: August 26, 2017
According to the below statement the outstanding bill amount is already
been paid. And according to the Kotak bank it has been accepted by You and
no refund has been recieved till today. And tikona connection is been
disconnected without any notice from April 2017. The Package as you
promised for 4mpbs speed we never used! Such a Poor Speed, sometimes just
300-500kbps speed. (As per technical aspect your people doesn't know how
many devices can be connected to get min 2mbps speed!!)
So what you have promised you have not delivering that means you don't
have any legal rights to get the payment and late fees.
Train your customer care executives not shout in a mannerless way!!
Received legal payment notice from Halai & Co (Advocate) without any service!!
