ACT Corporation Increased bill amount - to be reversed only after 30 days

Hello,
During the last month I had received a promotional trail subscription of HOOQ tv. Today I received two text messages. One on the bill, with an increase of Rs.62/- and the second message which reads that Rs.62/- has been charged for HOOQ tv, if not activated the same will be reversed during the next billing cycle.
I spoke to the representative from ACT customer care who told me he will look into though he had informed that the amount cannot be reversed during this month itself due to billing cycle which is from 1st to 28th of the month.
My concern is that this is a well thought strategy, the amount will be deducted first and if anyone complains or reacts the same will be reversed. By this process, the company receives huge interest free loan ( Deducted from entire customer base )which can be used as funding. In this case it takes an entire billing cycle for a person to get the money back.
