Hi,
I m an airtel user for past so many years, recently my main balance deducted for using Internet even though I had Internet balance. I had 4g Internet balance and I got 4g speed while downloading and I took a screenshot of that as it gave around 1mbps speed on my mobile. After using a while I disconnected and checked my balance and my main balance deducted... I complained in the airtel service and they won't refund me. My mobile number 9535491500. And the complaint Ref.no.is CBDMO20728790986 as per the airtel service.
