MTS Customar not responding properly

I have bought MTS data card and had issue in speed. I raised the 10 complaints by calling customer.
There is no proper response from them, Simply they will close complaint saying customer is not reachable.

All the complaints which i raised with in next day automatically complaint will get closed. Again we need to raise the complaint. Again they will close.
