ACT broadband Service disrupted for more than 20 days even after raising the complaint

I have an ACT fibernet connection since last 4 months. Recently(on Feb 20th 2016) the connection got disconnected due to cable cut by our Apartment association because of illegitimate use of power for the ACT junction without permission from the Association. I was not aware of this and raised a complaint with ACT on Feb 21. Since then, ACT has not resolved the issue even after 20 days and whenever I call them they only say we have a permission issue and not giving clear date of when the issue can be fixed. ACT has also sent SMSes multiple times mentioning the issue is resolved even though the issue is not resolved and whenever I call the call-center they always mention only one reason that “We have permission issue”. Finally on Mar 5th, I had given permission to ACT to install the junction box at my home in view of getting compensation from ACT for power bill of Junction box. Even after giving the permission, ACT hasn’t fixed the issue after 7 days also. During this 7 days also, ACT mentioned that “we have permission issue to fix the problem.” I also had a very serious chat with the ACT escalation manager, Prashant working at Rajaji Nagar head office. Even after discussing with escalation managers, there is no resolution and call-center folks still update me saying that “we have permission issue”. This shows that ACT behaves irresponsible to resolve the issues even after escalation.

2. Productivity loss
3. Unable to attend office meetings.
4. No connectivity.
